With family roots in Sweden, I grew up eating hotdogs on mashed potatoes. You heard me... you cook a hot dog, slice it up, put it on top of a heap of mashed potatoes and drizzle with ketchup. It's true! And when we took a family vacation to Sweden... there were vendors selling that same meal! You might not approve of hot dogs on mashed potatoes... but what about hot dogs on Mac n' cheese... even if you do just feed it to your kids and not yourself! You should try it out... especially with this twist!
1. Supplies: hot dog, knife, mac n' cheese, ketchup.
2. Slice the hot dog in a star shape long ways about 2/3 of the way up the hotdog.
3. Place hot dog on the mac n' cheese and put ketchup on the hot dog for two little eyes!
4. Eat up!
